About Me

Assalamualaikum. Peace be upon you.

I'm Yaqzan Yazed, a passionate 33-year-old Malaysian educator from Johor. I hold the Bachelor and Masters' degree in Shariah and Islamic Economy from Yarmouk University, Jordan and have a certificate in Ijazah Qiraah Syamail Muhammadiah. After spending seven years studying in Jordan, I officially began my journey in the education field in 2016 right after touch down my home country.

What started as developing an Islamic Muamalat module for kids named Cerita Cimok, evolved into creating a talent academy named Dewdemy, a homeschooling platform named Sekolah Dewdemy, and eventually, the world’s first nomadic, unconventional online school; Sekolah Dunia. This school uses a Seerah-Based Module, deeply inspired by the Islamic Golden Age of Civilization.

What began as a small dream and community in Bangi, Malaysia has now grown globally, as I embark on my journey as a full-time digital nomad educator and worldschooler, bringing this unique education concept to learners worldwide.

The Worldschooler

In 2012, I embarked on a journey as a hardcore traveler, completing an epic backpacking adventure through 32 European countries in just 87 days.

Now, in 2024, I have resumed my global conquest as a full-time digital nomad, traveling the world non-stop since April until November now, embracing the freedom and excitement of life on the road as a worldschooler.

As a full-time worldschooler, I travel the world conducting research and documentaries to develop my Seerah-Based School platforms : Sekolah Dunia, Sekolah Dhuha, and Sekolah Zinnia.

By compiling the rich historical values, cultures, and civilizations — especially from the Islamic Golden Age — I aim to refine my Seerah Blue Print module, revolutionizing education content and strengthening the Islamization of knowledge through my worldschooling journey.
